14-Day Meal Plan
14-day meal plan geared toward losing weight. My plans are simple, low prep/no prep, sustainable, and realistic. Each day follows the same caloric and food group goals. They do not have to be done consecutively to produce results. I focus on targeted servings for 6 essential food groups. These include grains, veggies, dairy, healthy fats, proteins, and fruits. This plan includes my grocery lists, tips and tricks to understand my formula for continual success with meal planning! Since my downloads cannot be returned all sales are final.
